LITTLEHAMPTON OPEN - SPRING 2011. Sunday 20th March. 11am registration. Lots of interest from players at Roffey this weekend. Lets hope for 64+ again!!
LDO Premier League - Summer 2011 - who's interested? We haven't chosed which day yet, so this could be a Mon/Tue/Thur. We are hoping for 24+ again. Im sure between all of us we can get 24-32 players. To be fair, we have been very behind with results/tables (first time since the PL started) but there will be a much more improved results/table system going forward. We will also be going back to correct fixture playing times and fixtured chalking times - so players know where they stand. There is now a strong committee in place with regular meetings, so please feel free to air your views on the FORUM on this website OR simply email a committee member. If you dont tell us, then we can't fix it.

PL2011 TABLES NOW ONLINE!! Apologies for the delay. Would anyone be interested in a Summer Premier league? Same format with hopefully 32 players. Does anyone have any other ideas/comments/criticism? Hopefully another Summer Open as successful as last years turn out...

I've never received Week 1 results - sorry boys

I've been informed that there will be no premier league games this tuesday ,21-12-10. also been told by mark that james now has week ones results, so lets hope tables are up soon, merry christmas & a happy new year to one and all.

p.s. please text me player photos / action shots (even videos if you can) I will upload them all on to this area. There are now FIXTURES/TABLE/RESULTS tabs above... so if someone can send me fixtures, i will put them on. Gary, if you can send me a table i will put this on the TABLE page..... AND, you can now update the weekly RESULTS page above as and when you so wish.

Hi Gary, i've never "left" - just temporarily retired from playing for a while!! Nobody has sent me anything to update... which would be a good start!! Thanks for helping out and sending me the most recent scores. I can put these on for you, but it seems you are putting this News/Updates box to good use already. If you send me an up to date table, i will put this on for you. Im always here to help with paperwork/advertising/posters/sponsorship etc etc

SPREAD THE WORD - STILL A FEW PLACES LEFT IN PL2011. This really is a great league to play in.
We are also looking for people to help out on the night setting up the boards... the more the merrier. It takes about 5 minutes for each board.
Remember it is £35 up front for league fees on Registration Night Tuesday 2nd November. If you can't afford it, get someone to sponsor you... and if you finish high enough, you can pay them back!!

For just a small £60 sponsorship, you could get your entry fee in to Premier League 2011 paid for and get an official LDO darts shirt with the company name sponsoring you printed on it.... AND even have your name printed on it!!

Fair comment, i will discuss with Jason and confirm our inclusion into the league as he is not happy about paying competitions fees up front as he wont be playing in them, neither will i

Fair comment Andy. The problem we had last year is that only half the players played in the competitions which ruined it for everyone else who did turn up. The competitions are part of the league and they are not OPEN COMPETITONS to anyone else wishing to play outside of the league. Some of the sponsorship money has been put towards the competitions and they are advertised as £200 individual competitions - so we will need all monies up front to guarantee this purse.

Looks good, i can understand the need to pay match fees up front, good idea, but surely it should be £35, competition are optional so you cant make entry fees compulsory ?? right or wrong

Jason, you should be in mate. We have a meeting on Monday 26th July - existing players will obviously be reserved, but a number of players will not be; either for dropping out, not entering OR are simply not playing this time round. There should be approx £2000-2500 up for grabs this time.
